The VR38. The younger brother of the RB platform and its successor in the GTR platform. This V6 engine is a unique, yet highly capable platform that we service with a full rotating assembly that retains the factory 3.8L capacity.
The kits consist of Nitto/CP pistons in 94.60MM/+0.003" bore size cut from the Turbo HD forging, PVD Turbo ring set for the ultimate sealing capabilities and, of course, the CP 9310 wrist pins. The rods are an extremely stout piece with our tried and proven V2 connecting rod in standard length with the option to upgrade to Custom Age 625+ rod bolts. The kit is complete with the standard stroke EN40B crankshaft which is far superior to any 4340 alternatives that are available on the market.
